You can make use of all solutions we’ve built and start dreaming about what you might do in Level One or Two. The Club is also our version of a maintenance plan: if you start in Level One or Two and find you don’t need any new automations or integrations right now, you can downgrade to The Club. Everything built in a Level will keep running and you’ll have access to any new solution we create as part of The Club.

If the tool has paid versions or upgrades, you may be limited by your subscription

If you are on Level One or Level Two, you can downgrade to The Club ($399/month) at anytime and keep all your solutions running and maintained. We won’t be able to support changes or new solutions, but you will get access to all of the solutions (and their updates) that we release in The Club.

If you decide to cancel your Club membership, your solutions will stop working. You can reactivate your membership within 90 days and they will turn back on within one business day. After 90 days, the solutions will need to be re-onboarded to start working again.

If you’re looking to cut some costs, our services often allow you to cancel your subscription to Zapier, Make, Relay, or others since we manage our own solutions through The Club. While we do allow you to bring on your own Zapier account in Level Two, all other solutions are built and maintained in our own environments.

While we’d love to give a concrete answer on turnaround time, the spectrum of complexity makes it difficult to do so. We are efficient in building our solutions and strive to work as quickly as possible so you can get the most value from your membership.

There are some differences between our subscription levels:

The Club

To get access to a new solution in The Club, you’ll fill out a form and our team will follow up with you. We’ll need some information and access to set up your solution, and then we’ll get to work. This entire process typically only takes 2–4 business days.

Level One

After you subscribe, we’ll onboard you to our dedicated Slack channel where you can request as many solutions as you’d like. We’ll begin to work on them, one at a time.

  • Simple solutions available through The Club take about 2–4 business days
  • More complex, custom solutions might take 2–4 weeks, depending on scope, testing, and revisions

Level Two

Similar to Level One, you’ll be onboarded to our dedicated Slack channel once you subscribe, and then you’ll be able to request as many solutions as you like. In Level Two, we’ll work on your requests two at a time for faster results.

  • Simple solutions available through The Club take about 2–4 business days
  • More complex, custom solutions might take 2–4 weeks, depdending on scope, testing, and revisions
  • Custom API, mini-apps, and portals may take 1–4 months, depending on complexity

The Club

Once you subscribe, you’ll receive access to our Solutions Inventory, where you can view all our current solutions. Each individual solution has its own form that collects information from you that Kohort will need to set that solution up with your systems.

Level One + Level Two

To keep things organized and efficient, we only work out of Slack. You will need to have an active Slack subscription for the duration of your membership so we can collaborate via Slack Connect. Inside our dedicated Slack channel, you will find a form to submit your solution requests. You will also receive access to The Club with the entire Solutions Inventory.
